It starts with a thirty-minute call where you walk us through how your business runs. Together we identify what is worth automating and which piece delivers the clearest return first.

Design
We scope the system, the integrations it needs and the rules it must follow. You approve the design before we build anything.

Deploy
The setup fee covers the build. Most systems go live within a few weeks depending on the integrations, and we test everything with you before it ever touches a real customer.

Operate
The monthly subscription covers operation, monitoring and continuous improvement. We watch how the system performs, tune it, and keep the compliance side current as regulation evolves.
What we need from you
Access to the channels and systems the agent will use, and one person on your side we can call when we have a question. We handle everything else.
